Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Panache Solutions, we value your trust in our services and aim to maintain complete transparency when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please review the terms below to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled across our service offerings.


1. Service-Based Nature of Business

Panache Solutions provides consulting and professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Global Payroll Management

  • Recruitment Solutions

  • Visa & Immigration Support

  • HR & PEO Services

  • Career Counseling

Due to the customized, effort-based nature of these services, refunds are limited and governed by the following policy.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellation Requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@panache.solutions within 24 hours of payment, and before the service has been initiated.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted once the project or consultation has commenced or if any deliverables have been provided.

  • We reserve the right to decline a cancellation request if any part of the service has already been consumed, delivered, or scheduled.


3. Refund Policy

  • All service payments are considered non-refundable unless explicitly stated or agreed upon in writing prior to engagement.

  • In cases where Panache Solutions is unable to deliver the service due to internal limitations, a full or partial refund may be issued after assessment.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Change of mind after service purchase

    • Client non-responsiveness or delay in providing necessary information

    • Service dissatisfaction due to unmet subjective expectations


4. Payment Gateway Charges

Any transaction charges, taxes, or third-party payment gateway fees (such as Razorpay or Stripe) deducted at the time of payment are non-refundable, even if a refund is approved.


5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or have concerns, please contact our support team at admin@panache.solutions. We will review the request on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
